The Ministry of Education has announced that the results of this year’s National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA) will be released on July 10.
Minister of Education Sonia Parag made the announcement on Sunday, noting that the date was confirmed following growing public interest and concern from parents and pupils.

“I don’t want to keep parents in suspense. We have recently received the date for the release of the NGSA results, and that will be on the 10th of July,” the minister said.
She added that the announcement was made to bring clarity to families who have been closely following updates since the examinations were completed.
The minister also reflected on the experience of students who sat the examination, describing the period after writing the NGSA as one often filled with anticipation and pressure.
Addressing pupils who sat the examination in May, the minister encouraged them to view the results as a step towards their future academic journey, regardless of the outcome.
While focus remains on the upcoming release, the ministry has been observing ongoing educational activities, including end-of-term examinations currently underway in schools countrywide as the academic year progresses.
Minister Parag reminded students that the final term examinations represent another step towards advancing to the next grade level when the new school year begins in September.
