Hamilton Green’s recent letter, cloaked in concern for democracy, cannot go unchallenged. The man lacks the moral standing to preach on matters he spent a lifetime undermining democracy, and he is notorious for advocating that Afro-Guyanese must rig all general elections to keep the majority Indo-Guyanese bastards and demons out of power.
The Afro-Guyanese have always been jealous of the Indo-Guyanese, and the PNC thugs forced many Indo-Guyanese to leave the country, with some having to leave their beloved homeland to protect their children. For decades, Green exploited the dismantling of democratic institutions, presided over violence, and left Guyana scarred, impoverished, and broken.
Recently, one of our journalists interviewed several young Afro-Guyanese about Hamilton Green. Ninety percent said they did not know who this Green man called Hamilton is, and the other ten percent thought he was dead.
The Indo-Guyanese community and the country remember 1973, when ballot boxes in Berbice were stained with blood. Soldiers under the PNC Government opened fire, killing Jagan Ramessar and Bholanauth Parmanand as they tried to protect votes from theft. That was murder, not democracy. Geriatric Green has blood on his hands. Similarly, this old fool is allegedly responsible for the death of Walter Rodney.
The Indo-Guyanese recall the daily fear and repression they experienced during Hamilton’s time as Prime Minister. Journalists were beaten, the Catholic Standard was silenced, and political activists were hunted by PNC-backed thugs under Rabbi Washington. Citizens dared not speak freely, knowing that criticizing the government could lead to dismissal, arrest, or worse.
Ordinary Guyanese suffered hunger as shops went empty, children became malnourished, and hospitals lacked medicine. Mothers waited in long lines at KSIs for soap, kerosene, and flour as the economy collapsed into black markets and despair. Yet Geriatric Hamilton and his PNC thugs were rewarded generously. The big question the public wants to know is why Geriatric Hamilton today is living off a lavish pension meant for a President, which he never was – a gift of taxpayers’ dollars. And his instincts have not changed. In 2024, you described the PPP and its supporters as “devils” and “demons,” openly calling for rigged elections. Such words show that the violence and disdain of your past are still alive in you, Geriatric Green.
Worse, his influence remains, and Aubrey Norton never did anything when he called the Indo-Guyanese ‘devils’ and ‘demons.’ Tacuma Ogunseye openly incites rebellion. David Hinds conceals racial divisions in his analysis. Travis Chase uses the media as a weapon against truth. Lincoln Lewis hides behind union rhetoric while sowing the same old seeds of division.
These Afro-Guyanese racists must understand that Guyanese voters, including Afro-Guyanese voters, have rejected them. They have no role to play in Guyana, and no one takes them seriously.
Green discusses democracy today, and he insults both the dead and the living. Green is politically dead. Many Afro-Guyanese now see the PNC as a party that mainly uses racism as its policy.
Hamilton Green is an idiot and should never be called a supporter of Guyana’s democracy. It is an insult to call this fool a democrat. Geriatric Hamilton Green has always opposed the majority Indo-Guyanese population. He is the biggest racist ever born in Guyana.
Aubrey Norton supported Geriatric Hamilton Green, and now the PNC is a minority party. Every political pundit is saying that Aubrey Norton will wipe out the PNC in the next few years. The PNC will be dead as a dodo.
